Our program has been designed to meet the needs of Infants, Toddlers and Preschool age children and to provide a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. During morning hours, the children are divided according to age.

Infants/Toddlers Group
Each child in the Infants/Toddlers group receives individual attention through caring supervision, the use of educational toys, music, art, cooking, gymnastics and outdoor play.

Preschool Program
The three, four and five year olds participate in a traditional Preschool program which offers a variety of activities for children at various developmental stages. There is a balance between the routine necessary to give them confidence and new adventures such as cooking, art, music, gymnastics, science experiments, nature walks, field trips, and swimming (in season).
Our preschool program extends each child's learning experience to cover reading readiness skills in the area of speech and language development, math concepts, and perceptual and cognitive skills. The curriculum is varied and flexible to allow for the children's interests, placing emphasis on music, dramatic play and self-expression in art. Our program provides the children with a firm foundation for a receptive attitude toward learning and sharing.

Family Grouping
Toward the end of each day, we "family group" the children for a comfortable time to be alone or interact with friends of all ages. Within the freedom of this environment, a child will gain confidence and independence.

Summer Program
Hudson Children's Center offers 2,3 or 5 day summer program sessions Part Time or Full Time. Durring our organized activities in Arts and Crafts, Music, Sports, Cooking, Science and outdoor play, children build lifelong memories. Swimming daily in our private heated pool and one-on-one swimming lessons are available.

Before and after kindergarten program
We also offer a before and after kindergarten program. For Hudson residents, there is bus transportation to and from Hubert Kindergarten.
